The Recreation & Properties (R&P) Committee meets on a six week cycle alternating in rotation with the Community & Civic Resources Committee and forward planning sessions. These meetings are held on a Tuesday following directly after the Planning Committee meeting in the Council Chamber.

• The Crammer Pond & The Greens
• Avon Road Playing Field
• Play Areas
• Allotments
• Bus Shelters and Street Furniture
• Horticultural Propagation & Grounds Maintenance
• Venues - Town Hall, Corn Exchange & Bookings
• Commercial Properties
• Monuments
• Floral Displays and Britain & Devizes in Bloom
